5. Duplicate Transactions
If a payment is accidentally processed more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded. Clients should report duplicate payments immediately by contacting our support team.
6. Service Cancellations
Clients may request a cancellation before the scheduled execution of a financial consultation or strategy session. Full refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a processing fee.

If technical issues or unforeseen circumstances prevent a client from accessing scheduled services, CapitalPath will provide options such as rescheduling, credit toward future services, or partial refunds when applicable.
